1. Returns (Merchandise Only)
We accept returns for merchandise items such as shirts, hats, and other non-edible products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
2. Mexican Candies & Edible Products
For health and safety reasons, Mexican candies and edible items cannot be returned or refunded.
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a store credit.
3. Shipping Costs
